We source our raw materials from over 100 reputable suppliers in Germany and abroad. Careful selection, constant exchange of experience and strict quality monitoring ensure state-of-the-art, high-quality products.
Each production machine has been specially modified for our high-solids paints. Around a dozen machines are in use for dispersing and grating for batch sizes between 30 kg and 2000 kg.
More than 20 underground and above-ground tanks, special pumps for highly viscous fluids, automatic dosing systems, pipelines and measurement and control technology ensure efficient production.
Of course, the strict EMAS requirements are met. In addition, for example, liquid raw materials are delivered using the emission-free vapor recovery process; all containers, machines and tanks have been converted to closed systems.
Production is ISO 140001 certified.
Brantho-Korrux is constantly being developed further, with the focus on quality improvements and improvements in terms of environmental compatibility, whereby national and international regulations only apply as a minimum. Application engineers, operational practitioners and paint technicians contribute their experience together.
Over 90% of our products are less than ten years old. Intensive tests precede every product change, including the various forced loads according to DIN tests as well as practical application tests. This enables us to use state-of-the-art raw materials and production processes while ensuring optimum quality.
In this small picture book, we describe the production of Brantho-Korrux -
