Aluminum glaze

Very good covering aluminum paint for heat loads up to 600 °C

  • Contains NO silicone, biocides, lead, zinc, chromate, cobalt, MEKO/butanone oxime or other heavy metals
  • For iron and steel substrates that are free from rust, scale and grease
  • From approx. 400 °C, the binder evaporates and the aluminum pigments sinter with the iron substrate
  • At temperatures up to 250 °C, we recommend the use of Brantho-Korrux 3 in 1 RAL 9006 as an alternative

"3 in 1" hardener

For 3 in 1 color shades (for effect shades please use Branth’s Quick Hardener Concentrate).

The minimum temperature for using hardeners is 15 °C. The use of hardeners is only recommended for use as a top coat (NOT for pure base coats).

The pot life (time of use after mixing) is approx. 16 hours

If a high surface hardness is required, we recommend "2-Kompo" or "2K-Anti-Graffic-Lack". 3 in 1" is air-drying and is normally applied without hardener.

Branth’s Quick Hardener

For S-glaze, Robust lacquer and 3-in-1 effect shades. Also possible with crystal glaze, but not necessarily recommended.

  • Add 5-10%.
  • Increases the surface hardness.
  • Store hardener in a dry place (sensitive to moisture)

Branth’s "Slide-Stop additive"

Dry, grainy and lightweight material

  • After mixing in, largely neutral in color

  • Slip resistance DIN 51130: R11

    Stir into the paint before applying. Stir occasionally in between

    Prime beforehand WITHOUT granules.

    Apply with brush and roller. Spray application only with suitable equipment.

Branth’s fine varnish

For wood as a primer or open-pore top coat

  • Saturates wood from the inside with resin and oil (penetrates deeply)

  • Makes the wood waterproof (ATTENTION: therefore do not paint over with water-based paints!)

Brantho-Corrux normal

Ultra-high solid protective coating (>85% solids)

  • one-component
  • for iron and steel, bright or hand derusted
  • very high covering power and coverage
  • good corrosion protection
